Our specialized services programs provide a structured and facilitative environment for individuals who are developmentally disabled and individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injuries.
Integrated Services Supporting Independence (ISSI)
A 14-bed residential program for individuals diagnosed with a mental illness that provides case management, treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.
Eligibility: Adult residents of Philadelphia diagnosed with an adult priority targeted mental illness who are sober for at least 9 months and can demonstrate a minimum proficiency in independent living.

Integrated Services Supporting Independence (ISSI) Phase II
A continuation of ISSI services, an 8-bed residential program for individuals diagnosed with a mental illness that are ready for a less structured living environment.
Eligibility: A participant of ISSI who has demonstrated ability to be more independent.

Intellectual Disability Services
Housing for adults with intellectual disabilities that provides a variety of services, including behavioral support, assistance in developing life skills, social skills and more.
Eligibility: Individuals who have been diagnosed an intellectually disabled before the age of 22 and are unable to complete daily living skills or identify risk factors.

Neuro-Cognitive Disorder Program
Housing for adults with a traumatic brain injury that provides case management, treatment and supportive services for transitioning back to the community.
Eligibility: Individuals who have been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury.

- Community-based occupational speech and physical therapies

Supported Independent Living
A program that provides case management and supportive services for individuals diagnosed with a mental illness who are living independently in the community.
Eligibility: Individuals diagnosed with a mental illness who are able to live independently in the community with limited support.
